Divisional Finance Director - Full P&L

The Consultancy Group have partnered with a Global Business Services Company who are looking to recruit a Divisional Finance Director for one of their fast-growing Divisions. Reporting to the CFO with regular interaction and influence across C-Suite and the wider business community, this Divisional Finance Director role will have full P&L responsibility. The business is looking for a strategic and commercially minded Finance Leader who can own the balance sheet, manage cash flow and lead a team, whilst influencing profit growth across the Division. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Finance Professional with a proven track record of managing a P&L in a fast-growth and big company environment (Business Services, Telco and FMCG are of particular interest), and have demonstrable experience of delivering profit through Analytics and Commercial Business Partnering. This is a permanent role, but the business is also looking to recruit an Interim in the short term.
