Chief Financial Officer – PE-Backed Global Software Business
We are partnering with a high-growth, Private Equity-backed global software business seeking an exceptional CFO to help drive the next phase of expansion. This is a strategic and operational finance leadership role, combining strong financial leadership with a deep understanding of operational performance, data-driven decision making, and investor engagement.
The successful candidate will act as a true business partner to the CEO, with proven experience across high-volume recurring revenue software and SaaS businesses, PE-backed environments, M&A and integration activity, revenue operations and business intelligence, and scaling international finance functions through rapid growth.

Key Requirements
Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a high-volume, recurring revenue software or SaaS business
Experience operating within a Private Equity-backed environment
Track record of delivering M&A, integrations, and value creation initiatives
Strong understanding of revenue operations, business intelligence, and data analytics
Experience scaling international finance functions through periods of rapid growth
Commercially minded with the ability to influence operational and strategic decision-making at the highest level
Credible and confident communicator with experience operating at Board and investor level
