Role Overview:
- A highly commercial role which will influence the whole business by working closely with senior stakeholders in both finance and non-finance teams.
- Business partner with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their financial needs and challenges. Provide guidance and support to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Implement effective cost control measures to optimise business performance and ensure financial sustainability.
- Ensure there is clear communication across the business and ensure the supply chain gains maximum value through commercial insight.
- Provide accurate budgets and forecasts across the business.
- Identify what current processes can be improved and implement new systems.
- 3 direct reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong business partnering skills
- Experience managing key stakeholders
- Ability to influence senior Finance Directors
- Confident in challenging supply chain when required
- Personable – not just focused on the numbers
- Ambitious and keen to progress within the business
- Supply chain experience ideal but not essential

The Consultancy Group is working with a leading Media company in Central London. This exciting & fast moving company is looking for a strong Business Partner to work closely with clients, account owners and wider finance department.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a strategic finance business partner to the leadership teams of assigned clients.
- Conducting monthly and weekly reviews of forecasts and actuals, providing insightful understanding and commentary.
- Collaborating closely with local finance teams worldwide to ensure accurate and comprehensible client reporting.
- Preparing monthly Client Board Packs and Commentary encompassing all client entities.
- Presenting results and forecasts to senior leadership and group directors.
- Identifying opportunities and trends to enhance client performance.
- Supporting the implementation of new market rollouts.
- Proactively driving process improvements and monitoring the control environment.
- Undertaking various ad hoc analyses and projects to support client and business growth.
- Collaborating with the commercial team on bids, re-pricing of client services, and negotiations with clients.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 7+ years of finance experience. (Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Previous experience in senior-level finance partnering.
- Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ambitious with clear evidence of career progression.
Based: Central London, Hybrid 3 days a week in the office
Salary Range: £75,000 – £85,000

As the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing strategies, optimising profitability, and securing new business through competitive bids. You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure the pricing models align with the business objectives and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
- Lead pricing negotiations with potential clients and oversee contract negotiations.
- Evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and bid packages.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Facilities Management industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Keep up to date of industry best practices and emerging pricing trends.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Pricing or Business Development role within the Facilities Management industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in pricing software and Microsoft Excel.
