Senior Accounts Payable

I have an opportunity with a progressive Creative Agency, who is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join their finance team in London!
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring all payments and expenses, which include purchase orders, invoices, statements, and credit card transactions.
• Scheduling payment runs and ensuring prompt payment for outstanding credits; also, handling vendor inquiries related to finance.
• Preparing detailed account analyses and generating monthly ad hoc reports.
• Implementing improvements in the payment process.
• Performing multiple bank reconciliations.
• Establishing and managing supplier accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation of cash flow forecasts.

Qualification:

• Paprika or Workbooks software experience (desirable but not Essential)
• 3 years+ experience in the MarComs industry
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good team player with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work with people on all levels.
