Interim Finance Manager – Technology/Software

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a leading Technology / Software business based in Central London. This broad Finance Manager role will be working closely with the head of finance whilst also managing a small team of 3.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include;

  • Prepare and review of UK entities monthly management accounts
  • Prepare and review of Group consolidated monthly management accounts
  • Lead the Group annual audit
  • Contribute to the preparation of Board and Exec team reporting packs
  • Manage the cash flow forecast for the Group
  • Review of intercompany transactions
  • Payment approvals for UK entities
  • Contribute to the finance team objectives of improving reporting accuracy, timelines and month end close process

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CA Qualified
  • Experience with FRS 102 would be advantageous
  • Short notice or Immediately available
