Finance Analyst – FP&A

We are currently partnered with a leading listed Retail business who is looking for an additional hire within their Commercial Finance team, with previous experience as an FP&A or Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities;

• Support the preparation of the corporate budget, forecasts, and the corporate plan covering P&L and other KPIs
• Collaborate closely with Finance teams to analyse performance trends, key issues, activities, and timetables.
• Consolidate and analyse financial submissions, offering constructive feedback to relevant Finance teams.
• Assist in generating executive summaries and board papers that distil data and focus on critical issues.
• Coordinate and consolidate data for business expectations, risk monitoring, and opportunity assessment.
• Prepare accurate management reporting information for strategic review meetings.
• Work closely with Finance teams to establish consistency and best practices in forecasting.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal and external financial/business reviews and address queries from the Leadership Team.
• Maintain accurate documentation across all areas.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support senior financial leaders.

Qualifications:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA Part qualified
• Strong commercial awareness and a desire to build a career in Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel.
